Within 2 business days of accepting our verbal proposal, our team will perform an on-site consultation to assess your yard's unique needs. Then, in less than 24 hours we will provide you with a written quote.

Upon acceptance of our proposal, we will collect half of the estimated invoice. We will then provide available dates for installation, which are typically within 7 business days.

On installation day, our standard process consists of the following: (1) flag sprinkler heads, (2) cut out existing sod, (3) level yard, (4) layer approximately 1" of nutrient-rich soil to promote new turfgrass growth, (5) water soil, (6) install new sod, (7) water sod, (8) roll the sod, (9) water sod, (10) clean up, and (11) haul off debris, and (12) collect final payment.
